Who Will Take Care of Me

Who Will Take Care of Me
~ Gwilda Wiyaka ~
As women we often find we take care of everyone but ourselves. It is one of the lovely but challenging things about being a nurturing female. However, the pitfall is finding ourselves becoming drained as we tend to put our needs on the back burner while taking care of our families and loved ones.
At the same time the men and children in our lives are ill equipped to nurture like we do. Try as they may, men tend to be more fixers than coddlers.
This leaves us with the question: “Who will take care of me?”
Our guest this hour has an interesting prospective on this issue. With us is Lynn Reilly, Licensed Professional Counselor, a Master Energy Therapist and the author of “30 Days to Me.” Her passion is to educate others how to clear their internal clutter, recognize their own intuition and see the Serendipity of life.
Lynn teaches practices to live serendipitously, in the flow of life, with less worry and more trust that life takes care of you. No matter what is happening, life is serendipitous and you get what you need.

You Go Girl! Moving Beyond Failure Consciousness

You Go Girl! Moving Beyond Failure Consciousness
~ Gwilda Wiyaka ~
Many of us grew up in a time when there was inequality between the genders regarding income, education and career choices. Fortunately, that landscape has undergone some significant changes in the last years. However, the old paradigm still haunts women internally, in the form of limiting attitudes and beliefs which set us up for failure.
How many opportunities do we miss because we simply don’t believe they are there? Are we inadvertently creating our own limitations? As women, how can we embrace a new way and become our potential?

With us this hour to discuss moving beyond limitations and transforming perceived failures is Melissa Dawn. Melissa is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a Professional Certified Coach, a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers, and holds a Bachelor of Commerce. She is a regular contributor to the Huffington Post, Thrive Global and Entrepreneur, has been featured on podcasts and talk shows and is the author of the bestselling book, “I Attract What I Am: Transform Failure into an Orgasmically Joyful Life and Business.”

Feminine Empowerment Through Indigenous Wisdom

Feminine Empowerment Through Indigenous Wisdom
~ Gwilda Wiyaka ~
Not so long ago, many indigenous societies were matriarchal rather than patriarchal. To this day there is an understanding and honoring of the true feminine in indigenous beliefs and traditions that most of our more modern societies have lost.
What does indigenous wisdom have to teach us about being empowered as women? How can we embrace the earth based mysteries of the feminine and bring them back into our daily lives? What effect will it have on the world at large if we do.

With us this hour to explore magical mystical concept of feminine power from an indigenous perspective is Sandra Corcoran. Sandy is an integrative coach, shamanic teacher, researcher, writer and indigenously trained dream decoder. Author of Shamanic Awakening and the meditative CD, Souled Out, she co-created the STAR Process™; a spirit retrieval modality. Mentored by indigenous wisdom-keepers for over 35 years, she has taught throughout North, South and Central America, England, Ireland, Italy, France and Egypt. She offers yearly journeys to sacred sites internationally.
